About

Fund operations deserve an operating system.

Regonance is a Luxembourg-focused software company. We build Fund OS: the coordination layer that lets a management company or AIFM, a fund administrator, a depositary and an auditor run a fund's launch and governance on one shared, audit-ready record.

The thesis

The bottleneck is coordination, not competence.

The firms in a Luxembourg fund are good at their own work. What slows a launch down is the space between them: an approval nobody can find, a provider who was never formally engaged, a document that exists in three versions across four mailboxes.

That coordination is real, skilled work — and today it is absorbed by people, or billed as a service, because no system owns it. We think it should be owned by software, so the people can spend their time on judgement instead of chasing.

The second consequence matters just as much. When coordination happens inside a shared system, the audit trail is produced automatically and accurately. The evidence stops being an exercise at year end and becomes a property of how the work was done.

That is the whole of our product thesis: make cross-organisation coordination first-class, and the record takes care of itself.

Focus

Why Luxembourg.

Luxembourg is where this problem is at its densest — a concentrated provider ecosystem, delegation-heavy structures, and documentation expectations that make coordination quality a genuine constraint on how fast a fund can launch.

One market, properly

We would rather match Luxembourg practice precisely than generalise across several jurisdictions and fit none of them well.

Built with practitioners

The workflow model comes from how launches actually run here, not from a generic project-management template.

Roadmap

Fund launch and governance first; securitisation vehicles are on the roadmap as a further structure type.

Team

Who is building this.

Regonance is a small, founder-led software team working directly with Luxembourg fund practitioners. We publish names and backgrounds only where the person has agreed to appear publicly, so this page stays deliberately short.

Founder-led product

The people designing the workflow model are the people you speak to. There is no account-management layer between a beta partner and the product decisions.

Practitioner input

The launch and governance model is built with operators, administrators and depositaries who run this work daily, and revised against their real launches.

Software only

Regonance is a software provider. It is not a regulated entity and performs no fund, legal, tax or advisory function on behalf of its customers.

How we work

Small beta, close contact.

Fund OS is in private beta with a limited number of Luxembourg operators and their providers. Early partners get direct access to the team and real influence on the workflow model. In return we ask for honest feedback on how a launch actually runs in your firm.

Beta terms and pricing are agreed individually with each participating firm, based on the number of funds and providers on the system. We will set them out in writing before anyone commits.

Talk to us directly

If the coordination problem described here is yours, we would like to hear how it plays out in your firm — whether or not you end up using the product.
